Add your store’s domain to Allowed domains in Mill. Install the Mill Chat WordPress plugin, enter your public widget key and enable the widget. You can choose to hide the widget on WooCommerce checkout in the plugin settings.

Do I need a separate WooCommerce plugin?
No. Use the Mill Chat WordPress plugin on your WooCommerce website. It includes an option to hide the widget on WooCommerce checkout.
Can operators see order details automatically?
Order synchronization is not part of this connection. Operators can use the information a customer shares in the conversation and consult the store admin when needed.
Will Mill change my store or payments?
The plugin loads the chat widget. It does not change products, orders, payment processing or your WooCommerce configuration.
Can I translate WooCommerce customer conversations?
Yes. Mill offers optional AI translation on eligible plans, with language detection and a choice of languages. Your team’s shared allowance applies. You can keep the original text visible and turn translation off for any conversation.
