Add your connected website domain to Allowed domains in Mill. In the Wix dashboard, open Settings → Custom Code, add your Mill widget snippet and choose Body – end on all pages. Save and check your published site.
Requires a Mill account and a Wix site with a connected domain and access to Custom Code. Use site-level Custom Code rather than placing the widget in an embedded HTML iframe.

Do I install Mill from the Wix App Market?
This connection uses Wix Custom Code and your Mill widget snippet. It is not a Wix App Market app.
Why use Custom Code rather than an HTML element?
Site-level code lets the widget appear as a floating chat on the page. An HTML element places content inside an iframe, which limits the widget’s position and available space.
What if I change my domain?
Update Allowed domains in Mill and check your custom code in Wix. Wix may remove snippets when you assign a different domain.
Can I translate Wix customer conversations?
Yes. Mill offers optional AI translation on eligible plans, with language detection and a choice of languages. Your team’s shared allowance applies. You can keep the original text visible and turn translation off for any conversation.
