Yes. Operators in your Mill company can work together using assignments, conversation history and private notes, within your subscription’s access limits.
Can I translate Squarespace customer conversations?
Yes. Mill offers optional AI translation on eligible plans, with language detection and a choice of languages. Your team’s shared allowance applies. You can keep the original text visible and turn translation off for any conversation.
